Welcome to "The 44 Bistro and Grill" Our web site is designed to introduce ourselves to you and allow our friends and guest to make reservations, share with us any ideas, recipes, suggestions, complaints (not to many of these I hope), and offer testimony to their eperiences. A "Bistro" by definition is "a small restaurant serving moderately priced simple meals in a modest setting. Our concept was developed in Paris during WWII. Bistros are defined mostly by the foods they serve. Slow-cooked foods like braised meats are typical." Hence, the 44 Bistro specializes in moderate portions that are moderately priced and superior quality foods.

Living up to the definition we proudly serve our very own Braised Short Ribs and Osso Bucco, which are slow cooked daily. As a note to our menu, we add additional items frequently. We also invite you to join our VIG (Very Important Guest) club. Click on the VIG button to start taking advantage to our specials, parties, and special events. While at the Bistro you can expect to be served by one of the most professional staffs in the industry. They work hard to exceed your expectations in quality service and superior foods. Speaking of food, we are very finicky and will only present to you the freshest, highest quality products available.

Our philosophy is where we offer high quality foods in a casual dining atmosphere. As our sign says... "Come as you are."

We host live entertainment every Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays nights. Our 4 flat screen TVs really kick off Sports Saturdays with all the best college games, including ALL Gator games. During all Gator Games we have several drink specials and VIG specials . Yummy!!
We also offer Chef's Creations as well as some very special menu items or discounts to all our Very Important Guest (VIG) club members.
